ANTIRACIST WRITING
I have an avid history of activism; nothing changed as I came to RIT. I was hired to be a part of the Antiracist Writing Project funded by NTID's (National Technical Institute of the Deaf) Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. For the past 3 semesters, I have worked with Dr. Rachel Mazique (RIT) and some fellow students to interview students on how White Standard English has impacted their use of native language/grammar within writing classrooms. This flier was created as a means of finding a pool of interviewees for this ongoing project!
